Sara is the co-founder and Director of Talent Stable, Australia’s first talent management service dedicated to rural and regional Australia.
After recognising that regional and rural content and talent needed stronger representation and authenticity in the marketing space, Sara set out to establish a service that would bring together influential people in rural and regional Australia and connect them with the right brands and audiences while expanding their reach in a truly authentic way.
Throughout her career, Sara has successfully cultivated a prestigious portfolio of clients and networks spanning regional corporates, tourism, lifestyle and events, and all levels of government and harnesses these networks as part of Talent Stable.
As a passionate advocate for regional Australia, and a future-focussed collaborator, Sara leads the dedicated Talent Stable team.
Hailing from Germany with a global perspective, Michaela brings extensive experience in marketing, project, event, and talent management, having worked with some of the biggest brands worldwide. Now, her focus is on helping clients achieve their best outcomes by leveraging strategic marketing and communication solutions.
Since relocating to Australia, she have developed a passion for regional and rural areas, driven by a desire to contribute positively to the wonderful communities we live in. Whether it’s through innovative campaigns or fostering local talent, she’s committed to making a difference.
Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Economics and Management from Stuttgart Media University, and spent a year abroad at the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business majoring in Marketing and Sports Business.
With a deep love for illustrations and impressionist painting, Suzie honed her skills studying Graphic Design at CATC Design School, from which she graduated in 2016. She has experience designing quality graphics and artworks for a diverse range of projects including developing artwork for First Nations communities, the arts sector, local government, tourism and agribusiness. Suzie is a curator of captivation through colour and design. As Design and Visual Identity Manager, she frames the overarching narrative that encapsulates the essence of Talent Stable and brings the vision to life.
Born and bred in Nyngan NSW, Sophie hails from an agricultural background, growing up on a broadacre cropping and livestock property. Sophie has a strong passion and interest towards Australian agricultural and has further broadened her interests in marketing and communications studying at UNE Armidale. Beginning study in 2021, Sophie undertook a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing and agribusiness. Sophie graduated with her degree at the end of 2023 and has since relocated to Tamworth to start her career with C7EVEN.
In 2020, Sophie undertook her gap year abroad in England, working as a gap student in Surrey. Sophie stayed the duration of the year regardless of the impacts of COVID-19. The lessons and dynamic changes she experienced across the year were invaluable to her life skills and adapting to work/life challenges and obstacles.
