About Brooke Watts

Brooke Watts is an engaged and immersive young leader in the agriculture sector, particularly in Central West NSW. As the Operations Manager at Bralca, she not only oversees operations but also fosters an environment conducive to innovation and learning. Her commitment to creating opportunities for education and advancement in agriculture is evident through her involvement in various initiatives.

One of Brooke’s notable contributions is her coordination of the NSW School Merino Wether Challenge, which supports 70 schools across the state. By providing resources and support, she helps students explore and engage with the agricultural industry, potentially igniting their passion for careers in this field.

Brooke’s recognition as a finalist for outstanding young business leader for Western NSW and as the Charles Sturt University Young Alumni of the year in 2023 demonstrates her significant impact and dedication to her work. Her involvement in organizations like Western Rural Connect and Central West Young Aggies further demonstrates her commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders in agriculture.
